How can you expect anyone to trust this site when you are trying to sell products that are not yet released (n97) and you cannot spell words like exclusive?
What a pity I did not read Chris's comment prior to ordering from this site.
I ordered the Apple iPhone and paid the money as requested. I was then informed that they had accidentally shipped 3 items instead of the 1 and if I was interested in the other two I could get them at a discount. Against my better judgement I paid over the balance. The waybill that was e-mailed had the number deleted and Fedex had no knowledge of the package. The goods never arrived. Two days later I was contacted and told to pay a further amount for demo-rage as the goods had to be stored over the weekend. I contacted Fedex and they confirmed that this was not the case. I refused and demanded a refund. I have no goods and the refund still hasn't happened. I have been contacted offering to resend the goods with another courier and I will have to pay the shipping costs. I refused and again demanded a refund. To date nothing and no response to my e-mails, calls or SMS's. All the telephone numbers (UK and local South African) lead to the same person, Mr Roy Smith, definately not his real name. He simply disconnects the calls the moment he hears my voice. I sincerely hope no one else falls for this scam.
hi reader, I am a victim of this company running by the name of exclusive mobile. i went and ordered from their site and paid as requested, but had the same story that they have shipped 3 cell phones instead of 1. I got very angry and called them. we had very heated words and i refused to buy the extra 2 cell phones. fortunately my i had made a bank transfare to their account and dated it far ahead targeting the delivery before their settlement. thus i reversed the payment. so please do not fall into this scam.
